Regarding the following screenings of Cine Fan programme at the Hong Kong Arts Centre:

- If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the screenings will be cancelled.
- If the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued after the programme has begun, the concerned screening will continue, and the remaining screenings of the day will proceed as scheduled.
- If the warning signal is lowered three hours or more before the programme starts, the screening will proceed as scheduled.
Refunds will be made to ticket holders who are unable to attend the screening due to Black Rainstorm Warning in force. Ticket holders may fill out refund application form online or return the completed form (download here) with ticket(s) by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (Unit B, 3rd Floor, Block B, Wing Hong Factory Building, 777-783 Yu Chau West Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong) on or before 7 August 2026. All services fees will not be refunded.
Regarding the latest information on the Arrangement under Inclement Weather Conditions, please take note of Society’s announcement from time to time.
